1. Agreement to these terms

Mediamiclipcottag publishes informational guides about categories of photography locations, planning considerations and fieldcraft themes. Content is general editorial material. It is not a substitute for local regulations, weather services, landowner instructions, professional mountain leadership, legal advice or insurance guidance. Outdoor and urban photography involve inherent risks; you remain solely responsible for your decisions, safety and compliance with law.

10. Indemnity

14. Severability and entire agreement
If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
